Radical RMA Request

The below RMA fill-form is for  ALL PRODUCTS being returned to Radical. Please note that if the process is not followed, for international imports, Radical will need to pass on UK VAT charges at 20%. All goods returning to the factory will need to have prior authorisation before the goods leave your premises to ensure that the goods are correctly identified and processed through customs. Following this RMA process reduces the value of duties that both Radical and yourself are charged. The below RMA form requires you to submit the reasons for return, and below are some examples of the reasons you may have for returning goods to Radical:

  • You are sending an engine back to the factory to be re-built.
  • You are sending a gearbox/GDU/Diff back to the factory to be re-built.
  • You are sending an ECU to be repaired or replaced.
  • You have received an incorrect part and are sending that incorrect part back.
  • You have received a faulty part and are sending that faulty part back.
  • You have sold a used car back to Radical.
  • You are sending a car back for service or repair.

Once submitted, our team will create a commercial invoice which you will need to submit with the returned goods.

In all instances of returning product(s) to Radical, whatever the reason, it is essential that an RMA and the commercial invoice are completed BEFORE the goods are dispatched to Radical.

Conversely if this process is not followed:

  • You will be charged UK HRMC import taxes (UK customs import liability) as well as potentially needing to pay demurrage and storage via your shipping agent.
  • For products which we are re-exporting to you, for example refreshed engines, we would also need to charge UK VAT,
